The tutor-led course A-10C Challenging Environments consists of five sessions with the following topics:
Session 1: ILS Approach in Poor Visibility.
Session 2: Night Operations
Session 3: Flying in Different Wind Conditions
Session 4: Take-off and Landing in Short Runways, incl. Sarajevo Approach
Session 5: Handling Test
Each session lasts approx. 2-2.5 hours and consists of a theoretical part, in which the tutor gives a presentation, followed by a practical part, in which the covered topics are practised. At the end, a debriefing takes place, if necessary with evaluation via TacView. The dates of the meetings are negotiated between the participants and the tutor. Attendance at all dates is compulsory.
