1. Code of Conduct

  • Attendance at each course evening is compulsory:
  • Registration for each evening in the Discord under events-de by reaction.
  • If you don't know whether you can make it (on time), use the question mark.
  • Unsubscribe via thumbs down and message to the tutor
  • Announce cancellations in advance. If not possible then make up for it asap
  • Real life always comes first!
  • Everyone understands this if it is communicated correctly.
  • This is the only way for the tutor to adjust and reschedule if necessary.
  • Everyone (participant and tutor) treats each other with respect.
  • Communication is the key to good training and winning the battle
  • The tutor invests a lot of free time in preparing and running the course.
  • If people simply do not come it is not respectful
  • If participants are repeatedly absent without excuse, they may be expelled from the course and, depending on the severity, from the SFO.
